Welcome to Wookii – your go-to platform for finding trusted artisans and service providers in Nigeria. By accessing or using the Wookii mobile app or website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use Wookii. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify Wookii immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

3. Artisan Services

Wookii is a marketplace platform. While we connect users with artisans, we are not liable for the quality of services rendered. Disputes are handled through our internal resolution system.

4. Payments and Escrow

Payments are processed through an escrow system to protect both customers and artisans. Funds are only released when the customer confirms the service is complete.

5. Fees

Wookii charges a small commission on completed transactions. All fees are disclosed prior to final booking confirmation.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds may be issued if a service is not delivered as agreed. Wookii reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  2. Discriminate, harass, or engage in abusive conduct
  3. Use the platform for illegal or unethical purposes

8. Termination

Wookii may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
